will personally phone you to seek approval of the new price before debiting your

Once you have choosen your products from the on line shopping store, you will be transferred to a secure server to provide your personal and payment details.
Any personal information that you submit to us will not be provided to any third party. All your details will be kept confidental.
We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with their choice of goods which, with reasonable care and expectations, will give value for money and be of acceptable quality, providing they are used correctly as per the manufacturers instructions and for the purpose for which they are originally intended. Any variance form this invalidates our guarantee for the goods.
The cost of delivery is charged per item per order.
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the order if the Customer Collect option is selected.
You will be notified by email, phone or both when the order is ready to be picked up from the premises at Nth Manly.
NO DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO A POST OFFICE BOX AND ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS.
Return of goods must be made with a RETURNS GOODS FORM AND RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. Please contact us for these items. Goods must be returned within 7 working days, be in original condition, unwashed and unworn in their original unopened packaging. Goods which have been opened, 'tried on' cannot be returned, unless faulty by a manufacturers fault. We do not accept returns which show physical damage to the product or its packaging, has not a valid return authorisation number or has a return authorisation number which has expired. Goods returned must be SENT BY REGISTERED POST OR CERTIFIED MAIL. Totally Tracey accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit for return to us. Costs incurred by returning goods must be borne by the customer and cannot be credited.
